I have an issue with the wafu wf 016. When i tried to set it up the square rod was rotating in the front panel but suddenly it stoped rotating and now is block and its always unlocked like an normal handel. Do you have any advice hot to fix it? Thank you

I buy WF-016 on Aliexpress.
Unfortunatelly i receive damaged item - not possible unlock, because servo working only to one direction (to LOCK position).
After correct fingerprint, or PIN code entry, say "unlock", and NOT "bzzz" sound.
"bzzz" sound from inside handle only after about 3 seconds after - LOCK state.

Of cours, I dispute with Seller, send video from lock tests, Seller send for me new one with small cost (only outside handle, not full set). It is great.

I think about repair damaged handle with myself... (I am electronic technician).
I disassemble handle with hot air, need replace PCB.

My question: is possible order and buy from You only complette PCB and black cover with adhesive? (I make tiny  scratches and break path on PCB).

If Your answer is positive, send me, please cost with shipment to Poland.

My unit has no directions.  How would I know where to put the spring? It is NOT easy to install.

now it is no more working i changed the batteries since then the remote and the touch 
butons on the device are no more reacting when i put in the batteries in the lock it close and opens 
once but no more any reaction after
