An email from The Netherlands, I do not have telephone.
I bought a new WAFU HF-018W (gold/blue with TUYA-app and 2 remotes) from an internet-shop.
I received probably an other model.
On the box is WF-018pro checked with pencil. On the box and on the lock a small sticker with: HF 0087078.
In the box a paper with 4 QR-codes for the user manual but all 4 for WF-19 models.
Now I do not know which model this is. If WF-018pro than it has no TUYA-app I think and there is no user manual. If WF-019 than I do not know which 019-model and I do not know if it has TUYA-app.
Can you tell me which model I received and if it has TUYA? Does this HF 0087078 tells something? How can I check whch model this is?

I bought WF 002 on March 21 but after that, my country was locked down due to covid 19. Only in Oct this product was installed but failed to set or changed the password. please help.Thank.
